IT startup Genius is currently looking for a Development director who can be a bridge between professional engineers and other divisions.
Minimum Qualifications
・Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
・Experience in two or more of the following programming languages
TypeScript, Unity, C#
・Experience in managing software engineering teams in gaming or mobile application sector.
・Excellent interpersonnel skills
・Strong understanding and interest on Japanese sub culture.
・Valid work permit in Japan
Preferred Requirements
・Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science.
・Strong understanding and experience of backend / database development
・Experience as a project manager or bridge engineering team manager.
・Relevant work experience in mobile game industry
・Strong understanding and interest on scenario contents
・Fluent Japanese
Estimated annual salary range
・6 ~ 10 million JPY
Work hours and holidays
・5 days a week (Weekdays, Flexible)
・8 hours a day (Flexible)
・Annual holidays on average over 125 days (Weekends, National holidays, Golden week, Genius Special holidays etc)
