International Investment Bank is looking to hire an ambitious Director of Customer Relations Department.
Key responsibilities:
Participation in execution of the Bank’s strategy with focus on lending and investment operations;
Promotion of the Bank in member countries as a multinational development institution by expanding cooperation and strengthening partnerships with customers;
Being responsible for the growth of the Bank’s loan portfolio volume, geographic and product diversification in accordance with the approved business plan and KPIs;
Workflow of Customer Relations Department;
Regular monitoring of the Bank’s member states markets with a view to searching new partners and customers;
Realization of selling activities of the Bank’s products, including conducting negotiations on forms and terms of cooperation as well as deal’s structure approval both with project owner and divisions involved;
Taking part in budgeting process, development and monitoring of Department’s activities and KPIs;
Preparing requests for development new and/or improvement of existing products and processes, participation in development and approval of products terms and pricing.
Job requirements:
Higher education in finance/economics;
Additional education in the field of strategy and sales technology of lending products and services is considered as advantage.
Professional experience in related function at least 5 years;
Managerial working experience in the related function at least 5 years;
Working experience in international banks and/or development banks and/or commercial banks (top 10), including the IIB member states.
Proved successful experience of lending and investment projects execution;
Experience of managing investment projects at all stages;
Experience in development and implementation of clients’ financing structures on investment and project lending;
Knowledge of market research and analysis of major clients’/financial institutions’ needs in banking services;
Knowledge of methods of conducting expert examination and effectiveness evaluation of lending projects;
Knowledge of preparation and implementation of lending and investment programs process, deals structuring;
Knowledge of business planning, sales process, market conditions;
Skills in working with regional representative offices, international and national financial institutions, development banks, export-import agencies;
Knowledge of operations of development institutions, international financial organizations, knowledge of the IIB member-states specifics – preferred;
Advanced PC user (MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel);
Fluent English;
Knowledge of Russian and/or a second foreign language of the IIB member states would be advantage.
