А global financial services organization is currently seeking to hire an experienced Director of Accounting to join its team.
Key Responsibilities:
Leading the accounting operations & coordinate with internal & external stakeholders.
Supervising global consolidation of financial results for subsidiaries.
Develop the accounting operations, policies & procedures.
Reporting to executive management and act as a key member of the leadership team.
Key Requirements:
Minimum 10 — 15 years of total experience with the most recent 5 years in the same capacity or related function.
Experience working with a global well known financial services organization, leading global accounting activities.
Bachelor’s Degree in Finance / Accounting or equivalent.
Professional certifications such as CPA, ACCA is a must as well as practical IFRS experience.
Fluent in English.
Russian / French or Spanish would be an added advantage.
