Mastercard is searching for Director of Account Management.
Account Management department focuses on building and maintaining strong and long-term relationships with partners. As a Director in Account Management, you will be responsible for setting sales strategies related to customer accounts that are aligned with geography strategy and achieving sales goals that drive market share, volume and revenue growth. You will lead and manage existing customer relationships, and work to identify opportunities and customer needs. You will partner with customers to deliver customized solutions and comprehensive consulting support.
Your role:
- Be responsible for customer relationships and the profitability opportunities associated with customers through the implementation of business and tactical plans
- Manage all activities for Russian Accounts on daily basis including administrative and operational support
- Implement tactical plans to enhance customer profitability, producing all key segments and objectives agreed within the context of the Master Business Agreement
- Contribute towards business opportunities that increase volume share and revenue
- Develop strong relationships between MasterCard and the customer
- Implement customer solutions that improve revenue generation and enhance mutual profitability
- Develop strong internal relationships within MasterCard to enable the member to achieve their business goals and differentiate MasterCard from the competitors
- Understand customer business strategies and deliver against sales targets for MasterCard products/services
- Manage complex analyses using data from multiple sources/areas to define the functional impact of customer satisfaction and customized solutions to the customer, their shareholders and MasterCard
- Leverage all MasterCard brand sponsorship properties and product management resource to deliver exceptional customer value
- In partnership with Management, contribute to develop business plans and take responsibility for their implementation
All about you:
- In depth experience in executing and managing sales strategies for numerous complex and large accounts
- Demonstrated expertise and success leveraging MasterCard's core products, rules, and services in customer accounts
- Experienced in a lead role in a customer negotiation, well developed negotiating, and persuasion skills
- Demonstrated multi-disciplinary knowledge in marketing, operations, risk, debit, acquiring and emerging technologies
- Ability to develop and successfully implement quantifiable business plans
- Industry knowledge and networking, banking and payments background will be an advantage
- Have an entrepreneurial approach and vision with product and profitability focus
- Analytical thinking
- Outstanding communication skills from a written, verbal and presentation perspective
- Bachelor’s degree or sales experience within a Financial Services organization
- Fluent English and Russian are required
