Responsibilities:
Management of commercial activities in the MENA region.
Launch of a branch in Dubai from "0".
Development and control of the implementation of the sales and marketing strategy in the region.
Team building (up to 10 people).
Implementation of the sales plan in the region.
Achievement of key performance indicators of the department.
Management of the company's pricing policy in the region.
Requirements:
Experience in successful management of a branch / subdivision in the UAE from 3 years.
5+ years of experience in B2B sales.
Knowledge of project sales.
Knowledge of the specifics of sales in the MENA region.
The level of English proficiency is free.
The level of knowledge of the Arabic language at a conversational level is welcome.
Developed communication skills, strategic thinking, result orientation.
Ambitious, proactive.
