One of the world’s leading beauty companies Wella is looking for a Director HRIS and Analytics.

 

The role

At Wella HR, you are a strong big-picture thinker; make frequent, clear references to the organization’s vision and strategy and the efforts required to drive them forward.

You will be responsible for the Wella HRIS and Payroll agenda, providing a global framework across our countries.

You will use your creative, analytical mindset to own the roadmap and feature definition within our HRIS system including implementing new modules and assessing gaps.

 

Key Responsibilities
Implementation lead for all Wella HRIS and Payroll solutions, driving short-term and long-term technology rollout strategies.
Ownership for accuracy and timeliness of all HR employee data across all of Wella
Owning and delivering on HR Operations metrics.
Managing all HRIS policies, workflows, and reporting capabilities.
Defining and owning the helpdesk ticketing system and escalation tickets.
Serving as the HRIS subject matter expert and partnering with internal stakeholders to ensure system functionality meets organizational needs.
Delivering innovative products and solutions that solve complex business problems in the People Operations systems space.
Anticipating and recommending technology solutions and innovation opportunities by understanding business challenges and strategic and operational priorities.
Being the main point of escalation for any HRIS or Payroll related issues.
Assisting in enhanced reporting while understanding and following standards that ensure the data integrity of HR information globally.
Reviewing, analyzing and creating detailed documentation of business processes and system functionality, including workflows, program functions and steps required to execute transactions.
Serving as the first point of contact with various HRIS vendors as needed

 

Requirements

8 to 10 years of experience in a similar role in an international matrix organization.
A Bachelor´s or Master´s Degree in related field.
Demonstrated ability to execute complex strategies across large networks.
Analytical and solution orientated with strong excel and HR systems skills.
Proven experience in project management.
Proven experience in data management, reporting and analytics
Excellent communication skills in English.
Strong ability to communicate complex topics in concise terms.
Ability to communicate concisely and persuasively in writing as well as the ability to draft clear and effective policies, etc.
Capable of working successfully in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
Possess demonstrable problem solving and analytical capabilities.
Possess strong change management, negotiation, and influencing skills.
Self-motivated and results-driven.
Ability to work across cultures with all levels of organization as well as with different functions.
Willingness to travel within the Region as needed.

Previous experience in a highly-regulated industry is preferred.
Working knowledge of any of the following languages would be a plus: French, Spanish, Italian, Russian.
