А global science and technology innovative company Danaher Corporation is looking for a Director HR (Russia & CIS).

 

Position Summary

As the Regional HR Leader for Danaher in Russia & CIS Region, He/ she will be a critical part of the Regional Leadership team to support the strong growth of Danaher/ Danaher’s Operating Companies (OpCo’s) in the region. A strong HR business partner, able to interact and have the right impact with senior leaders across Danaher.

 

Key Responsibilities

The operations in Danaher Russia & CIS region are entirely commercial in nature. The workforce in the Region is ~300 associates. As this is an experienced HR leadership role, the main responsibilities of the role will be:
HRBP to the President Russia & CIS- working with the regional Danaher president to identify, assess, and action cross OpCo regional HR strategies to support the organizational and talent needs for the OpCos, currently or in the future, operating in the region.Danaher regional culture development: Working with the HGM HR & regional OpCo commercial leaders and their HRBP, develop programs to establish and develop the overall Danaher culture focused on the Danaher core values and leadership anchors.
Talent Acquisition: Implement strategies to attract and recruit top & diverse talent across the Region, including proactively developing a preferred panel network, driving employee referrals, and working with key partners in a structured manner to recruit the best candidate for the role within the defined timelines.
Talent Management: As Talent Manager for the Region, define and implement a Regional Talent Strategy in collaboration with Global, High Growth Market & Regional Leadership. Drive internal fills, cross-OpCo Succession planning & development of L1/L2 leaders, and associate engagement.
Leadership Development: Deploy the Danaher Leadership curriculum; identify and address learning needs of talent.
HR Leadership : Collaborate & partner with OpCo HR Leaders in the Region to drive synergies and harness benefits of economies of scale. Actively work with Global, HGM & functional leadership to build Organizational capability and deliver high impact Talent Solutions.
Mentor, coach and develop the in-region Corporate and OpCo HR leaders to become more impactful, strategic HR leaders. Enable the leaders to work collaboratively to drive talent development, cultural development, and recruiting.
HR Services Delivery: Wherever required, provide seamless, end-to-end HR services for Operating Companies including compensation & benefits management, payroll, compliance, labor law and employee relations, talent and performance management as well as organizational development. Provide direct HRBP support for OpCos as needed.
Review and implement policies and processes across the various OpCo’s and the Corporate team as needed. Leverage collaborative relationships to develop consensus which bridge across different OpCo related policies. Lead the implementation of Danaher global HR initiatives where required.
Key metrics of the position: Internal fill rate, turnover, engagement, diversity & inclusion, and time to fill.
