Samusocial International is a French NGO supporting the development of services in favor of socially excluded populations in urban areas.
MISSIONS
The Director of Samusocial Moskva is part of the Samusocial Moskva team and ensures implementation of the strategy and decisions of the Samusocial Moskva Board; he/she therefore reports to Samusocial Moskva’s Board and provides the Board with all necessary elements for the Board to make decisions. According to the status of the Director, he/she is either under direct supervision of Samusocial Moskva’s Board, or under direct supervision of Samusocial International’s appointed program manager (from the headquarters in Paris).
The director of Samusocial Moskva plans, coordinates and reports all activities and projects of Samusocial Moskva. He/she also guarantees respect of local legislation, of Samusocial vision, standards and methodology, of rules and procedures related to funding contracts.
His/her main missions are:

REQUIRED PROFILE
Training: University advanced degree in social science, economy, political science, international relations, project management, international development…
Experience:
• Significant professional experience in a relevant field required
• Knowledge and understanding of the Russian context required
• Excellent representation, communication and negotiation skills
• Knowledge on social exclusion
• Experience in fundraising desired
• Skills and experience in project management required
• Skills and/or experience on financial management desired
• Experience in HR management / team building required
• Experience or knowledge on institutional donors’ procedures required
• Basic software programs fluency required; extensive management in Excel desired

CONDITIONS
Status according to profile:
— Local working contract for Russian nationals
— Expatriate contract according to experience (“International Volunteer” according to French Law on International Volunteers, or employment contract).
No housing provided.
Salary / indemnity of 2000 euro or its equivalent in rubles.
Social and medical cover according to the status.
2,5 days of vacation per month.
24-month, renewable contract.
