Job description
Debt instruments attraction process organization,
Maintenance and development of the business relations with commercial banks, credit institutions, and leasing companies,
Analysis of the debt and capital markets, proposals formation,
Management of the Group’s debt portfolio. Determination and achievement of the targeted debt structure, as well as achievement of the Company’s financial stability KPIs. Monitoring compliance with financial covenants and other creditor obligations,
Rating agencies relations management,
Drafting and negotiations of term sheets and loan agreements. Negotiations management at the regional level,
Organization of the effective communication process with the financial institutions on analytical matters, financial KPIs, models, etc. Control of information sharing with creditors and investors as per the undertaken obligations,
Analysis of the Treasury department’s business processes in terms of their optimization and automation where necessary,
Analysis of the interest rates and debt volumes to meet the budgeted levels, as well as to decrease the interest rates, when possible,
Management of the budget process in terms of financial expenses, financial flows debt portfolio, and working capital,
Optimization of collaterals used to obtain loans,
Financial forecasting and reporting,
Group’s liquidity and working capital management, as well as ensuring their availability in the departments in the approved amounts,
Credit risk management,
Controlling the intra-group balances and ensuring their reduction. Organization of the intra-group financing transactions (e.g. capital increases, loans, dividends, etc.).
Necessary experience
Experience of working in the Treasury or Corporate Finance functions in the international companies,
Strategic mindset,
Deep practical expertise of the loan agreements’ provisions as per the Russian and British laws,
Practical business processes’ administration skills, experience of forming clear operation schemes and process controls,
Strong finance analysis skills and a CFA certificate will be an advantage,
Currency risks management experience with the use of derivatives,
A practical experience of dealing with the rating agencies and preparing the comprehensive reports for the credit organizations’ queries,
Large credit portfolio (from $0,5 bln) management experience,
Solid negotiation skills, experience of negotiations with the financial organizations of the credit and investment matters, including negotiations with top management,
Knowledge of the newest technologies in the area of corporate finance,
Fluency in English and Russian is a must.
