В компанию-производитель элитного алкоголя Diageo требуется Digital & Technology Product Owner (Finance, Supply and Oneplan).
Key responsibilities:
- Responsible of Defining and supporting the building of desirable, feasible, viable, and sustainable products that meet customer needs over the product-market lifecycle , specifically Finance, Supply Planning and Oneplan products, processes and solutions within the Finance, Supply Planning and Oneplan Product lines that will realize and support Diageo’s ‘E2E planning’ vision and roadmap
- Inspiring and influential leader that partners with stakeholders and customers across the organization to inform the product vision, strategy, features, and prioritization
- Identifying high level impact of change from development/transformation of identified business capabilities
- Collaborates with our enterprise architecture team to satisfy the needs of the business today, while building capabilities for the future
- Partners with the global business product owners in prioritization and delivery of the product capability/functionality roadmap for respective brands, products, solutions etc
- Build deep relationships with and win ‘hearts and minds’ of Regional & Market leadership teams, such that he / she is seen as an influential leader in facilitating conversations to drive breakthroughs in business performances and in maximizing opportunities
- Translates product roadmap features into well-defined product requirements including features, user stories, and acceptance test criteria
- Talent & Capability: Provide subject matter expertise, coaching and assessment /calibration in developing a strong pipeline of talent. Facilitate resource deployment to the highest value at stake areas
- Leads the product functional design process based on knowledge of the users and technology in partnership with the global business product owner
- Solution Development: define Business Requirements & Gaps, design Process, Data and Technology, design Information & application security
- Solution Readiness: build Knowledge & Competency, build the Solution, test the Solution, go Live with Solution, stabilise Operations
- Works with cross-functional teams and various stakeholders, including analytics, design/user experience, engineering, and user enablement
- Ensures our technology investments and products are well integrated across the Finance, Supply Planning and Oneplan Product lines to create efficiency, enable growth and lower support costs
- Plays a single point of contact for Americas region for E2E Planning Transform related queries, project and product related escalations, as well as Americas stakeholders management
Unique skillset required:
- Bachelor’s degree and at least 5 years of product or project development experience
- At least 3 years of experience in Product Management
- At least 4 years of experienced in Business Planning or an D&T focused business area
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain good business relationships
- Demonstrated ability to effectively lead cross-functional teams
- Proven track record of delivering data driven solutions with a customer-first mindset
- Established background in launching software or services in partnership with engineering teams and high degree of proficiency in prototyping, iterative development, understanding of Agile principles
- Experience in E2E planning and Finance, Supply and S&Op processes, in particular
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to partner with and influence global functions, markets, and external partners to deliver on commitments
