Digital Technologies Manager (Digital Product Manager for mobile and web)

 

Position Overview:

— Leads the development of mobile app and other digital marketing platforms as a product owner.

— Is the part of our digital team in Russia, and works as a link between local marketing teams and BU teams which are responsible for development of our digital platforms.

— Gathers feedback and requirements for changes or new features from local marketing team, organizes it by priority and communicates it to BU team that is responsible for product development.

— Helps BU team in implementing new features into digital platforms with providing all local documents that are necessary.

— Oversees alignment with local compliance and legal team in order to have our activities on digital platforms aligned with local legislation.

  • Works with other local and central functions to understand legal and privacy requirements for digital activations executed through central digital platforms
  • Collaborates with BU team to develop solutions and activation approach in line with such legal & privacy requirements
  • Aligns with other functions to ensure requirements are properly captured in consumer-facing legal and privacy documents.

— Collaborates with BU teams responsible for central digital assets to provide ongoing support on preparing and managing activations, executing required processes and managing local agencies involved in the provision of local input, required for proper functioning and activating of such central assets.

— Supports BU team in all kind of local tests (UX, acceptance test for new features etc) for digital platforms when needed.

— Fully understands capabilities and limitation of our central platforms.

— Gathers best practices from BU team in usage of digital platforms and presents them to local marketing team for inspiration.

— Monitors results and communicates it to the local team.

 

Experience:

— 2-3 years of product management experience with consumer-facing mobile apps and/or sites.

— Web analytics. Ability to formulate and test hypotheses.

— Understanding of design-thinking is an advantage.

— Experience of running and analyzing consumer promotions is an advantage.

— Practical knowledge of promotions and lottery laws, as well as data-privacy rights is an advantage.

— Strong communication skills (verbal & written) with internal & external stakeholders

— Proactive attitude. Passionate about building great user experiences for consumers.

— Ability to prioritize ideas and tasks.

— Number-driven decision-making.

— Google Analytics above average.

—  Strong project-management skills to follow through the development process.
