International pharmaceutical company is looking for Digital Strategy Partner.

 

ROLE PURPOSE:

It’s a role which ensures digital approach and tools are embedded in the squad’s members towards a common purpose to drive digital value for DAs/brands. This role maximizes benefits for DAs, brands and patients of digital tools and ensures the digital connection with the whole affiliate through collaboration. This role adopts actual digital services and approaches, conducts and delivers integrated digital customer experiences that drive measurable business outcomes by implementing digital tools according to DAs needs. At the same time this role work on integrating digital assets, raising brand awareness, collaborating on marketing campaigns, leading digital activation projects, and measuring the efficiency and effectiveness of digital channels

 

REQUIREMENTS\ QUALIFICATIONS:

Disease Areas understanding — including diagnostic expertise, treatment landscape is preferred.
In-depth knowledge of brand & product marketing, multi-channel marketing, digital marketing and related technologies, web analytics, social media, mobile and device trends, and large enterprise marketing needs
Have 2+ years’ experience in digital marketing/digital field – digital program/solutions implementations with real cases
End-to-end experience managing the digital product development life-cycle with a proven track record of successfully launching new digital products and services to consumers, growing and refining existing products and services
Understanding of pharmaceutical marketing industry, specifically the way in which brands leverage digital channels now and will be, in the future
Experience in website design and development, Email marketing, email deployment and CRM systems, Digital Media and advertising (owned, earned and paid), Social Media, content strategy and development
Excellent Russian; English written and verbal communication skills

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Developing integrated digital strategies and managing digital execution for DAs based on all customers segments, insights and business needs
Maintain an in-depth understanding of DAs’ needs, business, products, and market, and conduct regular reviews of their competitors’ activities and online presence
Act as a Product owner for the one or number of digital solutions taking full accountability for improvements, prioritisation, knowledge center and product life-cycle
Co-work with Global Digital Health Center of Excellence to refine our strategies, test new models and support the pharma international network share best practice
Maintains high-quality data in and leverage analytics to drive data-driven decisions
Adheres to processes and standards for campaign management and assess operational metrics in order to prioritize work and develop business-focused recommendations
Сo-creating with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring customer needs are in the center of digital strategy and align with marketing strategy
Map out how digital assets will be optimized for business results
Establish on consistent way the competitive intelligence in Digital environment with focus on DAs and drive the digital differentiation initiatives
Establish digital analytic KPIs to measure overall program success and uncover key learnings to improve future initiatives
Lead full scope of discovery and research in early project stages
Define digital marketing direction for major projects, including leading brainstorming meetings project team to come up with fresh ideas that can be used to create compelling strategic visions DAs
Research digital marketing best practices and toolsets to identify new opportunities for DAs and HC system
Develop recommendations for project direction based on research, industry knowledge, digital best practices, collaboration with creative teams, and established goals
Create or contribute to various documents and presentations such as creative briefs, positioning statements, DAs/brand ecosystem maps, digital communication plans, research plans, social media strategies, customer journeys, and digital strategy roadmaps
Provide ongoing digital strategic and tactical advice to Squads on a wide range of digital marketing topics
Advise DAs in digital questions in driving Strategic cohesion across all related tactics and projects in service of big-picture business goals
Keep up with technology trends such as web, mobile, CRM, and social, and participate in regular knowledge exchanges with peers
Experiment with new tools and techniques to constantly improve our strategic processes and output
Responsible for production agency/vendor management and Squad’ members to coordinate approval for launch
Contributing to resource planning/sharing across Chapters to ensure Chapters are fully resourced to meet evolving priorities of the DAs and Customers.
