Responsibilities:
- Engages at the area and functional levels to focus on business priorities and represents IBS capabilities end to end
- Co-develops the annual portfolio plan for IBS for the respective area
- Works together with cross- functional group to identify business challenges, as well as requirements to achieve company and function strategy
- Supports developing and enriching the Digital offers. Partner with relevant stakeholders to select best suitable solution from business functionalities point of view
- Establishes and maintains strong, collaborative relationships with all relevant internal and external stakeholders
- Works with the respective area on local optionality for regional, global, core and local services and capabilities. Blends knowledge of the regional/ area priorities with IBS offerings
- Drives alignment and mobilization of the area/ functions to the project outcome agenda
- Understands & responds to area needs, escalating appropriately
- Serves as point of contact, escalation and resolution; assists in ‘knocking down’ any barriers to success or progress. Support removing functional barriers and silo mentality
- Takes accountability to make sure that core technologies and facilities are working properly
- Alongside Process Owners, manages interdependencies and cross-functional alignment
- Provides guidance to other teams to ensure alignment with functional/ business priorities
- Partners with the area to drive compliance
- Must coordinate with multiple other IBS stakeholders and remain single point of contact for the respective area
- Provides guidance for solutions deployment, including change and communication management
- Partners with project team to understand and plan for any risks/ dependencies
- Responsible for internal and external relationship management with area and local stakeholders, including project teams when needed
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree (Management, Economics, Finance, Information Technologies)
- 5+ years’ experience in business process and technologies development
- 3+ years’ experience in information and business technologies development
- Projects leading and participation in the area of business technologies and solutions
- Growth mindset and experience in a searching for a new information technologies business solutions
- Advanced English language
