What you’ll do:
- Plan and execute all digital (web, SEO/SEM, APPs, display) projects/activities for OTC and RX products
- Company-owned portal development for healthcare professionals (HCPs)
- Development of company-owned disease awareness portals
- Execution of other online projects for HCPs and patients
- Development and maintenance of products’ websites
- Full-scope Digital promotion of OTC brands
- Applications (HCPs-oriented and patients-oriented)
- Manage the team of two Digital specialists involved in all digital-related activities in the company
- Collaborate with internal teams to create and optimize digital plans within A&P budget and manage their further execution
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (KPIs, ROI)
- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance on the digital projects
- Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate
- Manage internal clients’ expectations with regular reporting and explanation of requirements of analysis, specification, design of projects on a technical and nontechnical basis
- Identify and manage projects’ potential risks and maintain projects’ plans
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders
- Analyze feedback from the client, senior team members, contractors, account and sales teams and other key stakeholders and adjust accordingly digital marketing campaigns or other digital projects
- Develop websites’ traffic plans and create goals and benchmarks to meet the target
- Generate monthly reports on digital campaign’s performance in collaboration with agencies
- Collaborate with advertising and media agencies
- Develop, evaluate and oversee the implementation of A/B and usability testing for digital assets
Key requirements:
- Proven working experience in digital marketing not less than 5 years, preferably in both DTC promotion and Rx promotion
- Demonstrable experience leading and managing full-cycle digital projects
- Ability to set up processes and clear targets for the direct reports and/or projects’ participants. People-management experience is a plus
- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
- Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
- Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
- Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g. Yandex Metrica and other tools which left Russia)
- Working knowledge of ad serving tools (e.g., Adriver)
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
- Upper Intermediate and higher English level
