Four Seasons is looking for a Digital PR & Marketing Manager.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Implement digital strategy with a proactive and creative approach to all digital and electronic marketing platforms. Contribute to integrated marketing campaigns that drive awareness and support commercial goals
  • Support Directors of Marketing, Communications & Revenue in Digital Marketing initiatives (SEO strategy, Paid Search, Paid Social)
  • Leverage full suite of online reporting tools including Adobe Analytics, ensuring activities are monitored and optimized against the pre-established KPIs
  • Enrich online presence of the Hotel including content and images on Four Seasons owned channels, including FS.com and Four Seasons App, and partner websites, ensuring alignment with hotel positioning and marketing plan
  • Manage online reputation, including monitoring and community responses
  • Supports Sales and Reservations with auditing sales materials, ensuring external messaging is aligned with brand guidelines and hotel positioning
  • Manage digital newsletters and email blasts and corresponding activities, including direct mail campaigns
  • Partner with Director of Revenue to monitor online agency partner performance
  • Manage the creation and timelines of collaterals and digital layouts including basic graphic design, content creation, negotiating costs, design projects with external partners, copy to ensure consistency and quality according to brand guidelines
  • Maintain image library with efficiency and accuracy
  • Utilize available programs to gather and leverage User Generated Content
  • Embrace data-driven approach to social media strategy
  • Work closely with operational departments on marketing strategy and resulting promotions

 

The following knowledge and skills are required:

  • University Degree
  • Minimum 2 years of previous digital marketing experience, hospitality background preferred
  • C1-C2 English language (both oral and written), literate Russian language
  • Excellent writing, presentation and communication skills
  • Have strong organization skills, being team player
  • Efficient and graceful multi-tasking skills
  • Knowledge of graphic design software to produce creative layouts
  • Ability to multi-task effectively, managing multiple projects within deadlines and priorities
  • Being very flexible, open minded and positive person
