RESPONSIBILITIES & TASKS
Responsible for support Global/local teams on developing, sustaining and growing ARKET brand through social media, web content, email and video. Along with adapting and translate global content and localize social and PR plan you should execute ARKET branding communication via all relevant channels. Goal is to increase ARKET’s online visibility and brand consideration.
Digital communication
Coordinate/Support digital campaigns based on multi-channel strategies set around key messaging and timing. Monitor and report digital campaign KPIs and analytics.
Places and manages social media ads.
Stay up to date with digital media technologies and latest trends. Social listening for trending topics, monitors brand reputation, perform social media competitor analysis, respond to and create social conversations, and creates and monitors private social media groups. Suggest and implement improvements and strategies on the local market.
PR
Collaborate with global PR-team. Localize global PR-plan.
Support for planning and implementing digital PR initiatives and online community management.
Support with communications plans, schedules, priorities and briefs; identifying key influencers and channels that will increase Brand’s online visibility and Brand consideration.
Support in Source influencers/partners, create and maintain relationships in respect to Brand DNA and TOV.
Coordinate seeding to Affiliate and PR
Use search and insight tools to support campaigns.
Content
Adapt and translate global content to local platforms of any kind.
Target the right customers in the right time to build and create awareness and engagement.
Execute publishing plan on site, newsletters, and all social media channels on daily and weekly basis and help to gain followers, likes, and shares among all audiences recruits and potential recruits
Identify customers’ needs and gaps in our content and recommend new topics.
Translate product copy according to brand tone of voice.
Coordinate with head office to ensure delivery of product descriptions.
Act as guardian of the brand tone of voice in Russian.
Develop and maintain an e-commerce fashion glossary.
Translate and adapt copy for digital marketing channels such as Facebook and VKontakte.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in communications, journalism, marketing, public relations or a combination of education and experience equivalent to a bachelor’s degree in related field.
2- 3 years of proven experience executing social media and email programs preferably for Fashion & Lifestyle.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and planning skills with attention to detail
