В IT-компанию SoftConstruct требуется Digital Marketing Team Lead.
Responsibilities:
- Set goals and KPIs for the digital marketing team and monitor progress towards these goals
- Develop digital marketing strategies and ensure they align with the overall marketing objectives of the company
- Manage the budget for digital marketing campaigns, and optimize spending to achieve the best possible ROI
- Collaborate with other departments such as sales, product, and design to ensure consistency in messaging and branding across all marketing channels
- Analyze data and metrics to assess the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns and make recommendations for improvements
- Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies, and incorporate them into the team's strategies and plans
- Hire, train, and mentor team members, and provide them with feedback to support them to improve and develop their skills
Requirements:
- Masters/Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Advertisement or relevant field
- At least 5 years of experience in a digital marketing or advertising position
- In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, best practices, and website analytics
- Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is required
- Knowledge of English language is a must
- Highly creative with excellent analytical abilities
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing
- Strong time management and negotiation skills
- Previous experience managing a team
