Job Summary:

Under the supervision of Marketing leadership, the Digital Marketing Specialist, Russia Market will operate across multiple digital marketing channels, driving business growth and increasing customer engagement and brand awareness.

Job Expectations:

  • Perform day-to-day campaign activities for assigned international market across Social Media, iHerb Rewards, Affiliate Partnerships, and other marketing channels.
  • Help manage existing marketing partner relationships and also help research and develop new partnership opportunities for assigned market
  • Support promotional strategy initiatives for assigned market and work cross-functionally to implement localized promotions and creative
  • Collaborate with other teams at iHerb to implement the market-specific campaigns
  • Assist with the development and implementation of marketing communication strategies for assigned market
  • Research competitor landscape and market trends, making recommendations on ways to localize iHerb’s marketing efforts
  • Summarize insights and conversations to create actionable reports
  • Work closely with third party partners to optimize campaigns

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  Required:      

  • Fluency (verbal and written) in Russian and English language
  • A solid understanding of digital marketing strategies, tactics, and processes
  • Requires self-direction, tact, diplomacy and a clear, courteous and professional manner when dealing with internal departments and the general public
  • Must demonstrate effective oral communication skills and the ability to work cooperatively with staff inside and outside of the department
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and in geographic region

 

Equipment Knowledge:

  • Intermediate knowledge Google Suite of products (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, Google Analytics, etc.)
  • Intermediate knowledge of Social Media tools such as Facebook Ad Manager.
  • Knowledge of Analytic Tools such as Google Analytics, Yandex.Metrika.
  • Knowledge of Affiliate programs and platforms.

 

Experience Requirements:

  • Generally requires a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience preferably in a mid-to-large scale e-commerce company or with an advertising agency managing similar size campaigns.
  • Digital Marketing experience or credential is preferred

 

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred, or a combination of education and equivalent work experience.
