Key Responsibilities:
- Developing a digital strategy for brands
- Strategize, plan and execute all online marketing activities
- Develop and evolve the company's digital marketing ecosystem, which includes CDP MindBox, two consumer and ECP websites, a mobile app, multiple landing pages, a loyalty program, direct communications, etc.
- Drive audience growth and engagement across all platforms
- Lead digital marketing initiatives, driving consumer and ECP acquisition and retention
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure all relevant organizational goals and implications are factored into marketing projects
- Manage and provide support to 2 reports
- Ensure e-commerce excellence
Qualifications and Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience as a product manager
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing, brand management, and team management
- Education or equivalent experience, preferably in marketing or a related field
- Understanding of highly regulated markets like medical devices
- In-depth knowledge of digital marketing strategies and tools
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Proficiency in project management tools
- Extensive knowledge of Brand Management, Marketing and Digital Marketing tools, including Email-marketing, OLV, SEO, SEM, SMM, Google Analytics, etc.
- Solution-oriented approach
