Metropolitan Premium Properties is looking for a new Marketing Manager to join their team.
The Metropolitan group of companies has been successfully operating in the real estate market since 2008. We are proud of the high quality of real estate services, consulting and legal support that we provide to our clients not only in the UAE but also in many other countries of the world.
The group includes five companies, of which three are full-cycle real estate agencies: Metropolitan Premium Properties in Dubai, Metropolitan Capital Real Estate LLC in the UAE capital Abu Dhabi and Luxury Immobilien GmbH in Vienna (Austria).
As well as Metropolitan Consulting FZE, which provides legal services for private and corporate clients in the UAE.
In addition, the company received the "Great place to work" award and entered the top 10 employers in the UAE.
They are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to join our team to help us with our marketing projects.
What to do:
- work with digital marketing channels (contextual advertising Google Adwords, Yandex Direct, SMM, Direct Marketing)
- work with corporate websites (formation of the concept, control of implementation and monitoring of efficiency)
- Analysis of the work of the Republic of Kazakhstan and optimization
- Analysis of competitors
- Support of marketing projects
- Meetings to generate new ideas and operational activities
Requirements:
This vacancy assumes work in the office of the company, which is located in the center of Dubai.
- Fluency in English (B2/C1/C2)
- Experience in Yandex Direct, Google Adwords
- Experience with web analytics systems
- Experience with quizzes, retargeting
- Ability to report on performance metrics
- The presence of specific cases of advertising campaigns with numbers and indicators, actions to reduce the cost of a lead and optimize
- Knowledge of SEO principles
- Experience in real estate is preferred
