Role in a nutshell: leading digital marketing for OTC business unit.
Responsibilities:
Strategic scope:
- Clear strat view on Digital channel for the whole OTC portfolio and relevant tools and KPIs for the brand objectives
- Development of the new digital projects
- Creation of the Digital playbook
Digital excellence in execution:
- Digital and social media flowcharts ownership
- Digital media-plan supervision
- Control over process and compliance
- Ongoing results analytics, insights generation
- Governance of key processes / projects
- Leading relevant streams in communication with HC
- Build educational project to populate more deep understanding of Digital as a channel among internal DRL teams (marketing, sales, finance etc)
People & partnership relationship:
- Global and cross-functional teams relationship
- Agencies relationship: tendering, briefing, evaluating, protocols and ways of working defining
Key Skills and Experience:
- 3+ years experience in Digital, preferably – in FMCG or Pharmaceutical. With proven record of success
- Strong and wide understanding of promotion in digital
- Experience in analytics field and project management
- Proven content strategy planning capability is a serious advantage
- Graduate degree preferably in Marketing or Economics
- English – articulate
- Disciplined, meticulous, attentive to details
- Client oriented – both internal stakeholders and customers
- Capable of cross-functional cooperation and alignment in a big organization
- Resourceful and solution-oriented
- Great interpersonal and communication skills
- Masters in Marketing, Digital technologies or similar relevant field
