LACOSTE is looking for a Digital Marketing Lead.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute acquisition marketing in all performance channels, including SEO/SEM, targeting, affiliate, partnerships, display advertising campaigns, etc.
  • Design, build and maintain our social media presence strategy
  • Measure and report performance of digital marketing campaigns across markets and channels, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
  • Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
  • Collaborate with international teams to brainstorm new growth strategies, share best practices and provide guidelines
  • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints
  • Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels
  • Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners
  • Identify the latest trends and technologies affecting industry
  • Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate

 

Requirements:

  • BS/MS degree in marketing or a related field
  • Proven working experience in digital marketing
  • Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and/or display advertising campaigns
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
  • Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
  • Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
  • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
  • Experience in building end-to-end marketing analytics (Google Big Query, Power BI / Google Data Studio, etc.)
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
  • 5+ years experience in marketing, ideally in luxury retail and/or apparel
  • Leadership and organizing skills: must be a strong project-manager
  • Ability to work extended business hours and days as required
