Требования
3-5 years of experience in marketing, brand management & brand marketing.
Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (German is a plus).
Ability to thrive to achieve strategic goals in a fast-paced, startup environment.
Proven expertise and success in building the go-to-market strategy, target segmentation, and fostering industry reputation to support the sales process.
Ability to work with a distributed team across multiple time zones.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. A proactive self-starter, demonstrating high initiative and critical thinking. Proven ability to think strategically, but with exceptional attention to detail.

Creating, managing, and executing multi-channel campaigns leveraging SEO, social, inbound marketing, and email campaigns to drive customer acquisition.
Development and implementation of a consistent brand strategy including the definition of style guides, brand guidelines, value propositions and the brand vision.
Identify replicable strategies and tactics that address business pain points and convey product benefits to drive new customer acquisition — with an implement, test, and measure mindset.
Establishing closed-loop analytics with sales to understand how our activity turns into customers.
