What you'll be doing:
- Act as a strategic finance partner to business, providing financial insights and analysis to support decision-making
- Collaborate with stakeholders across finance, IT, and business operations to identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and optimization of financial systems and processes
- Lead the development and implementation of business analytics tools and dashboards to provide actionable insights into key performance metrics and financial trends
- Partner with tech and BI/BA teams to drive the integration of digital finance solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements
- Provide financial modeling and scenario analysis to support business case development
- Stay abreast of best practices in digital finance, recommending innovative solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
What skills you'll need:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
- Proven experience (5-10 years) in finance business partnering, business analytics, or related roles, preferably in a digital finance environment
- Strong understanding of financial systems, processes, and controls, with the ability to identify opportunities for improvement and automation
- Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis, and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Power BI)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and influence decision-making at all levels of the organization
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities and driving results
