RENAULT is seeking a Digital Experience Manager.
Main tasks:
Conquest / PRM strategy
Development of the conquest / PRM stategy in digital / crm communication plan in accordance with the general marketing communication strategy of the company and commercial plans;
Definition of the main directions of digital omnichannel brand experience, taking into account the company’s business objectives, trends in the market, e-behavioral trends.
Development of business processes for new digital services;
Control over of implementation of new digital services taking into account the interests of all stakeholders;
Definition of the roadmap for achieving the objectives, ensuring their implementation
Calculation & monitoring of performance KPIs;
Data mining / Customer insights / Customer value (research and analysis) Lead qualification methodology:
Lead qualification, treatment methodology development, implementation across all digital sources;
Development of lead treatment methodology for dealers (guides, instructions) and Control over of implementation.
Professional experience:
Skills
Digital native with 2-3 years of consumer activation experience on agency or client side;
Proven working experience in CRM (work on integrated 360 campaigns is a plus);
Track trends and best practices and proactively suggest the ways to properly activate in CRM;
Understanding of CRM technical issues (back-end and integration with digital, e-commerce, social media,classic media);
Knowledge of English at a level of Upper intermediate and higher;
Higher education (preferably in marketing, economics, business IT).
