Beiersdorf is looking for a Digital & eCommerce Manager Eucerin RUSSIA.
Responsibilities:
Planning and conducting successful campaigns from idea to implementation;
Manage Consumer campaign as well as Doctor’s & Pharmacist communication program;
Propose & execute plan of work with influencers;
Web-site management;
Preparation of consolidated digital calendars, reports, cases and presentations;
Conversion increase across the whole path to purchases, including analysis of triggers and personalization;
Develop monthly, quarterly and ad hoc E-commerce plans for inbound and outbound markets to drive direct business and optimize digital marketing investment;
Traffic sources management, post-campaign analysis to drive loyalty and repeat purchases;
Performance marketing strategy and constant and precise analytical check;
On-going collaboration with eRetailers to offer a win-win strategy, brand plans customization and leading of industry innovation projects together with customers;
Develop a communication plan in direct marketing, develop calendar of campaign launches according to general marketing plan;
Create a content plan for email communication (news, marketing, transactional, promotional emails; SMS);
Work with CRM, grow the subscriber database by applying new mechanics to acquire new members, reactivation of the current members, segmentation;
Form and conducts projects on obtaining feedback from customers during online and offline activations;
Working with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Yandex Metrics) and create report;
Establish, develop and manage Eucerin presence in all top social media platforms;
Propose and execute SMM-content plan, grow # of subscribers & their active participation;
Adapt global assets & prepare local ones for SMM-posts & campaigns;
Implement E-commerce strategy via SMM (use opportunities of Instagram Shop window, VK-pay).
Requirements:
4+ year of digital experience in relevant category (dermacosmetics, pharm, cosmetics);
Experience of working with media planning – know how to read and evaluate media plan and KPIs;
Experience of implementation IMCs;
E-commerce experience (roll-out, maintenance and development, incl. performance marketing scope);
CRM & SMM experience (both content plan & content itself);
Experience of work with Google.Analytics, Яндекс.Метрика;
Result oriented;
Fluent English.
