Social Discovery Ventures is the world’s largest group of social discovery ventures companies which unites more than 40 brands, an investment fund and a venture studio. For more than 20 years company has been creating premium international dating services and in SDV Lab they develop and test new products with a focus on video streaming, AI technologies, entertainment, and game mechanics.
Company is now looking for a Digital content producer/Creative producer for own streaming service product Tubit.
Tubit is a platform where everyone can become a star and monetize their talent. With the help of app, streamers can create their own live content and share it with the audience of millions of people around the world. Streaming module is company`s technical solution that delivers high quality video and audio streams. The module is already working in 10+ products and plans to expand it. Tubut has not only technical solutions but also provides content. Team works with streamers, producers, and writers. Company aims to create interactive shows in the future.
Responsibilities:
- Find and attract new bright video bloggers / streamers around the world (Europe, Latin America, Asia, CIS countries) and build long-term relationships with them
- Develop a content plan based on the interests of the audience of sites
- Generate ideas, interesting topics and scenarios for content for the streamers
- Give recommendations to streamers/video-bloggers in order to improve their videos
- Control the quality of their video content
- Analyze mobile creative market and study trends
- Support acquired users (communication, processing of metrics)
- Analyze the effectiveness of launched performance campaigns based on the developed creative concepts
- Regular product reviews of the product from the user's point of view
- Monitor competitors
- Monitor resources interesting for the users of the project
- Create the customer portrait
- Initiate suggestions for the project improvement
Requirements:
- In-depth knowledge of streaming platforms, social networks, their features in terms of content creation and trends
- Experience of working with streaming creatives
- Experience in setting tasks and working with production-team
- Fluent Russian and English (for communication with bloggers from different countries)
- Negotiation skills
- Excellent communication skills
- A broad outlook, creative thinking and good taste
- Drive, determination and self-organization
- Ability to work in video editors (Adobe Premiere, Vegas Pro, Movavi etc.)
- Database of contacts of creative agencies and performers
