Dr. Reddy’s is looking for a Digital campaign manager.
Role responsibilities:
Omnichannel Strartegy Development
To develop, discuss and approve Company Omnichannel Strategy, and drive its execution
Develop underlying SOPs, business processes and other according to the Omnichannel Strategy
Digital promotion/communication strategies development & implementation
On the basis of combination of Company Omnichannel Strategy & each Brand Strategy together with each brand manager develop brand Digital Promotion Strategy & KPIs for each brand track execution, and timely strategy adjustment adjustment
Tools development & upgrade
Lead the process of digital tools evolvement and upgrade along with Omnichannel Strategy execution through understanding of evolving business needs, transforming them into requirements, and managing the service providers to implement the requirements
Key skills and experience:
Graduate degree preferrably in Math or IT
Experience in Banking / FMCG / specialized provider in the role responsible for Omnichannel with proven record of success: 3+ years
Strong understanding of modern approach of omnichannel promoion to big groups of customers, customers segmenation, communication strategies
Knowledge:
Digital savvy
Fluent English
Excellent analytical skills
Readiness to be a hands-on contributor
