Visa is searching for Digital and Media Director (Russia).
Purpose:
Management of long-term and short-term media strategies for both Visa-led program and VIK marketing projects. Establishment of key media metrics and KPIs and driving the teams to deliver on those.
Principle Responsibilities/Key Results Area:
- Media strategy development and excellent execution
- Highest efficiency of paid media
- Development of content strategy and earned media partnership
- Management of media and digital agencies ensuring their high performance
- Creation of sound system of metrics and KPIs to track the impact on business
- Media deals negotiation and achieving strong buying results on target and buying inflation
- Partnership and joint projects with key digital publishers and ecosystem
- Managed media excellence (SMM)
- Digital influencer strategy and tactics development
