The Global+M international team is expanding and opening a new office in Dubai. As such, they are looking for talented designers to work together on beautiful interesting projects.
Responsibilities:
- Development of private and commercial design projects
- Development of architectural and structural part of the interior design project.
- Organization and planning of design work.
- Development of design and working documentation (AR, pre-design / sketch solutions, stages P, RD, visualization).
- Working out technical specifications to subcontractors.
- Author's supervision of construction.
- Preparation of specifications for materials and furniture.
Requirements:
- Higher profile education.
- Portfolio of confirmed work
- Proficiency in Revit, 3dmaõ and ArchiCAD.
- Knowledge of modern building requirements, technologies and regulations
- Knowledge of the market of interior components (finishing materials, furniture, equipment, etc.).
