O’STIN is looking for a Design Director who will oversee all aspects of developing product for men’s and women’s categories of garments and accessories.
Key Accountabilities
Develop and implement a long-term creative direction/vision/strategy for the brand
Develop and implement a creative product strategy that will increase brand association and recognition
Develop a long-term innovation roadmap for the brand together with Marketing Team, and establish a plan for how to implement and transition products from advanced stages to inline. Collaborate with cross-functional team members to ensure consumer- and brand focus.
Develop design concepts for new collections. Interpret fashion vision and trends into successful product lines. Collaborate with Product Design team to ensure holistic storytelling
Lead design milestone meetings according to the product development and marketing calendars & processes. Create and present seasonal trend presentations.
Define design standards for the holistic design team which ensures brand DNA throughout the category, across every consumer touchpoint
Oversee all design concepts and coach the team to defined standards and processes
Lead and coach a team of product Designers. Influence others through education and collaboration.

Qualifications
10 years functional experience
8 years leadership experience
Degree in Design or related field
Fluent in English.
