Responsibilities:
- Monitoring and compliance with the labor laws in foreign offices of the company
- Coordination of the work of a team of HR specialists (in the field of labor law) in international offices
- Counseling of employees on HR issues
- Monitoring the registration of workers in accordance with the current labor legislation of a country
- Structuring and monitoring HR processes in labor law at international offices
- Negotiation with foreign partners and consulting companies
- Interaction with legal and financial departments
Requirements:
- Education: Graduated from the Law School (majored in International Law, International Relations)
- English Language Proficiency: C1 or above (Confirming document with an established template will be an advantage)
- Work experience in the field of labor law from 6 years (preferably not only in Russia)
- Proficiency in Spanish is welcomed
