Responsibilities:

• Monitoring and compliance with the labor laws in foreign offices of the company
• Coordination of the work of a team of HR specialists (in the field of labor law) in international offices
• Counseling of employees on HR issues
• Monitoring the registration of workers in accordance with the current labor legislation of a country
• Structuring and monitoring HR processes in labor law at international offices
• Negotiation with foreign partners and consulting companies

• Interaction with legal and financial departments

Requirements:

• Education: Graduated from the Law School (majored in International Law, International Relations)

• English Language Proficiency: C1 or above (Confirming document with an established template will be an advantage)

• Work experience in the field of labor law from 6 years (preferably not only in Russia)

• Proficiency in Spanish is welcomed
