The Deputy Project Director will be responsible for support and deputize for the Project Director to lead and direct cross-functional teams responsible for delivering a defined project on time, maintaining budget and deliver quality results. You will facing Customer and taking the responsibility to drive recurrent meetings and negotiations with Customer, organizing, and overseeing SPS Projects to meet defined requirements.
As a Deputy Project Director, you will be responsible for:
- Supporting in ensuring project objectives, project schedules and budgets are established and followed and that the Contract is managed in accordance with Customer requirements
- Establishing and maintaining good professional working relationship with Customer
- Organizing, managing and controlling defined portions of the project, both within the BH organization and towards Customer
- Supporting in ensuring project objectives, project schedules and budgets are established and followed and that the Contract is managed in accordance with Customer requirements
- Being an active member of the Project Leadership Team
To be successful in this role you will:
- Have degree in Engineering or Business discipline
- Have at least 10 years Oil and Gas or other relevant industry experience
- Have experience at Senior Project Manager level
- Be fluent in English and Russian
- Have the ability to work and lead with multi-disciplined cross-functional teams in a global matrix environment
