An exciting opportunity for а Deputy HR Director to join an international mining company.
Conditions
∙ Shifts working schedule, 8/8 weeks rotation.
Requirements
∙ Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business or related field
∙ Able to fluently communicate in both written and spoken English (Upper-Intermediate-Advanced level)
∙ Additional specialized education of up to 2 years
∙ More than 5 years of related work experience, preferably within the natural resources industry with remote operations experience
∙ Thorough knowledge and understanding of company and corporate policies, as well as labor relations, wage and hour, and other employment laws.
