The Private company searches for a Deputy HR Director to join their team in the UAE or remotely.
Required experience: 5+ years
Tasks include:
- Interact with customers for staffing services, job hunting, job seeker services
-building full chain of inquiries
- Handling of administrative, organizational issues;
⁃ Business development
You are expected to be:
- Willing to be fully immersed in processes. location is negotiable
- Fluent and competent in English/Russian. Knowledge of Arabic is a big plus.
- Having 5+ years of experience in HRD functions;
- Understanding the nuances of recruiting, personnel management, job closing, HR documentation and its specifics in the UAE
