В фармацевтическую компанию ЭСКОМ требуется Deputy head of procurement department.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and motivate a team of supply chain staff
- Plan and implement the overall supply chain strategy
- Work on forecasts and inventories, keeping an accurate record of the process and analyzing performance
- Work with procurement managers and buyers to source the right products
- Negotiate contracts with suppliers
- Develop new and existing relationships with suppliers
- Control manufacturing and delivery processes
- Manage and minimize the risks
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a supply chain manager
- Excellent knowledge of supply chain processes
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent organizational and project management skills
- Attention to detail
- Creative problem-solving
- A strategic and analytical mind
- Russian native, English Upper Intermediate (Chinese as a plus)
