А fast-growing financial technology company ID Finance specialized in online lending, credit scoring and data science is seeking a Deputy Head of Legal&Compliance.
Responsibilities:
Give accurate and timely advice to executives in a variety of legal topics and drive solutions;
Lead dispute resolution and litigation;
Coordinate the reorganization of the corporate structure and monitoring setting up of legal entities in the respective countries;
Drive compliance policies for CIS region to improve efficiency and business responsibility and regularly monitor compliance. Compliance program must be aligned with the company approach and external environment’s requirements;
Work with key stakeholders to evaluate the adequacy and effectiveness of internal control, policies, and procedures;
Research and evaluate different risk factors regarding business decisions and operations;
Manage and develop legal teammates;
Draft and solidify agreements and other legal documents to ensure the company’s full legal rights;
Oversee the interactions with government bodies. Monitor government policies and decisions.
Requirements:
High Legal Education;
At least 10 years of experience;
Good knowledge of Russian or Kazakhstan corporate law and knowledge of corporate England law is advantage;
English – fluent;
Profound knowledge and deep understanding of regulation in finance area (Central bank regulation);
Experience and capability to implement better solutions to make the company more attractive and reliable for customers;
Readiness and ability to be flexible and use a pragmatic approach;
Business-oriented;
Acting as real support for BD and operation: fast-moving environment.
