Paysend is a FinTech company on a mission to change the way that people manage their money on a global scale. The company is looking for a Deputy Head of Infrastructure.
What will you be doing in the role:
Managing a team of 12, planning to expand the department up to 22 headcount till the end of the year
Providing leadership and supervision to the members of the team, ensuring that appropriate skilled resources are in place to meet required service levels
Ensuring functioning of all IT services 24/7/365
Planning the development of IT infrastructure in line with business needs
Reporting to management
Developing and implementing SLA, ITIL, making sure we have technical documentation
What you’ll need experience in:
3+ years of experience managing IT team of at least 10 headcount
You have already successfully implemented ITIL, SLAs.
Strong knowledge of Network design
Experience working in the organisation with 600+ virtual servers (Windows / Linux)
Experience with AWS or Azure
English at least upper intermediate
Outstanding communication skills,ability to build effective collaboration inside of IT department and with relevant departments
Ideally You’ll Also Have:
Experience with NGFW (Stonegate, ForcePoint, Fortigate)
Experience with DB (MSSQL, Oracle, PostgreSQL, MariaDB)
Experience completing PCI DSS audit
