В компанию по добыче и переработке урана КАТКО требуется Deputy Head of Financial Controlling Department.
Казахстанско-французское совместное предприятие КАТКО основано в 1996 году. Участники: АО НАК Казатомпром и АО ОРАНО Майнинг. КАТКО осуществляет добычу урана методом подземного скважинного выщелачивания в северной части участка №1 (Южный) и на участке №2 (Торткудук) месторождения Моинкум в Туркестанской области.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare costs and finance reports in a timely manner, in a way consistent with accounting principles and in a way that is auditable if the need arises
- Monitor in collaboration with accounting, taxes and operations the company financial bookkeeping, records, and statements to ensure timeliness, accuracy and consistency of reporting with IFRS GAAP requirements
- Be accountable for the reliability and timeliness of financial reports to external partners
- Provide process, financial analysis and internal control support to ensure compliance and decisions based on financial data
- Propose and follow-up on actions to implement corrective actions that resolve issues identified in audits/assessments to ensure company’s financial performance
- Provide when requested clarification on financial entries to operations or non-finance audience
- Manage the controlling team and ensure their professional advancement through coaching, on-the-job training and day-to-day communication
- Become a trusted partner for operations when financial matters are involved (review of investment projects, questions on internal processes, explanation on financial performance)
- Ensures fulfilment of requirement of the Integrated Management System, implemented in company
- Observes strictly the Acts of the Employer (orders, policies, regulations, rules, procedures, instructions)
Requirements:
- Minimum: bachelor degree with a specialization in one of the following fields: finance, accounting, audit and control, or management
- Minimum 5 years of experience with focus on Financial reporting, planning and analysis
- ACCA (Association of Chartered Certified Accountants), or CIMA (Certified Institute of Management Accountants), CPA (Certified Public Accountant) or equivalent certification will be an advantage
- Strong proficiency in accounting and financial analysis
- Preference for a masters degree in business, management or finance
- Strong competencies and proven hands-on experience in data analysis
- Strong competencies and applied experience in accounting software (SAP, 1C), Excel, Powerpoint (database management skills is a plus). Experience in management accounting and cost accounting (labor rates, absorption, production costing, cost allocation methodologies)
