The Deputy Head of Delivery is a key senior management role responsible for assisting with the day-to-day organization and operation of a remote custom software delivery organization.

Responsibilities:
Manage projects portfolio (up to 60 in parallel): help oversee requirement-building, goal-setting, risk management, and acceptance criteria for individual projects
Practice management: help build and execute a strategy for the development of individual practices as well as practice management as a whole. Develop systems and processes.
Help Practice Leads with risk management: can the company achieve practice and projects goals (budget, timeline, quality, business performance)
Requirements:
Developmental mindset (open mind, open heart, curiosity, humility, feedback)
Experience in managing the delivery of custom software development (3 years at least)
Business Education
Fluent English
Ability to maximize overlap with US Eastern time zone business hours (9 AM — 5 PM Eastern).
