In this role, you will play a key part in developing compensation strategies, managing end-to-end compensation cycles, and supporting key stakeholders. We are looking for someone with wide knowledge and a great passion for creating impact in an instrumental role within an innovative and fast-paced company.
Responsibilities
Partner with HRBPs and senior business stakeholders to deliver compensation solutions that support business objectives
Perform meaningful data analysis on compensation elements, including base pay, short-term incentive plans, long-term incentive plans, pay for performance, benchmarking / market data, peer reviews, and job evaluations
Deliver compensation programs including annual base pay increases, promotions, short-term incentives, and long-term incentives to clients
Provide up-to-date market intelligence on competitive compensation trends and practices
Drive change management projects to ensure smooth integration into Headquarters pay practices and philosophy.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business, Economics, or Accounting.
5+ years of progressive compensation experience. Experience designing and implementing bonuses and incentive plans, establishing compensation platforms from scratch.
Candidate must have a deep understanding of total compensation programs including base pay, short-term and long-term incentives, executive compensation, benchmarking / market data, and job evaluation
Organizational agility and ability to deal with ambiguity and adapt to change rapidly in time sensitive situations
Autonomous worker with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Strong financial background and business acumen
Analytical mindset and ability to manage large, complex data sets
Exceptional interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
Fluent English is a must.
