inDriver is an international ride-hailing service headquartered in Mountain View, CA. inDriver is searching for a Deputy Head of Business Development.

 

What you will do:

Defining a development strategy through external and internal market research, identifying the most important inDriver opportunities in 2 macro-regions and launching them to achieve annual growth of GMV & Revenue in x2;
Managing P&L at the macroregional level and maintaining healthy financial performance while showing high growth;
Initiating, selecting new countries and cities to launch inDriver;
Improving and constantly monitoring key indicators of cities where inDriver is present;
Controlling the GR function in your macro-region;
Scaling new product features that stimulate KPI growth;
Motivating and developing the team, increasing their expertise;
Conducting product and marketing experiments and tests, testing hypotheses;
Initiating and participating in the implementation of important product and marketing changes in macroregions;
Interacting with cross-teams (marketing, product, analytical, PR, operational, legal and financial) and their coordination to launch projects, solve problems and ensure growth within the cities where inDriver operates;
Implementing of a data-driven culture in decision making;
Preparing and presenting to C-Levels of inDriver business reviews on progress towards key performance indicators;
Promoting nterests of users of macroregions.

 

What the company is looking for:

have leadership experience in technology companies more than 6 years in the B2C segment (at inDriver you will have a great team of professionals who are passionate about their work);
know how (and are ready!) to conduct Сust Dev, generate hypotheses and check MVP (it is important that this is in practice, we are supporters of live, field work);
have experience in Digital Marketing (independently work with coverage, traffic, conversion, LTV);
know how to build effective work with a team that is located in different time zones, you know how cross-functional teams work;
ready for long business trips to different countries;
Upper-Intermediate English.
