Требования
• Higher education (engineering/technical);
• Not less than а 5-year working experience on a senior/top position in a foreign automotive manufacturing company;
• Fluent English is a must;
• Excellent knowledge of automotive production, equipment, logistics, skilled in overall management for the whole plant during each stage;
• Excellent knowledge of a quality management system, applicable laws;
• Strong leadership and managerial skills;
• Able to take responsibility for own decisions and results;
• Flexible mind, high analytical skills;
• Advanced PC user;
• Able to work in multitasking mode with a large amount of information.
Обязанности
• Provides general management of Manufacturing department (MD), Maintenance department (MU), Quality department (QD), Logistics department (LD).
• Realization of a production plan of automotive plant, ensuring the quality of products;
• Making solutions on a continuous improvement of all the internal production processes of the plant;
• Ensuring the effective cooperation between the departments and shops of the whole plant;
• Reporting to the Company’s executives;
• Participation in the development and implementation of strategic, operational and technological solutions;
• Coordination and control of production works;
• Assistance to the General Director in all scope of managerial functions.
