Job description:
The primary focus of this role is to ensure that the Hotel exceeds service standards in all guest contact areas of the hotel.
Job functions include but are not limited to the following:
- Oversee all operational areas such as FO, HK, FB, KC dpts as well T&C, TE, SL, IT
- Reporting to the General Manager
- Manage the cost effective and efficient operation of the Hotel in order to maximize guest satisfaction, employee engagement & satisfaction and GOP
- Lead and support all departments in the achievement of their financial and operational targets via effective organizational development, policy and procedural development
Skills & experience:
- Previous experience on a similar position in a min 200 rooms hotel
- Proven record to coordinate multiple departments to make gains towards targeted RPS, GOP results
- Clear working knowledge of budget planning and execution
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal and guest handling skills
- Ability to build strong relationships, interact and influence others at all levels of the organization
- Fluent English
