Responsibilities:
- Increase brand recognition in the Russian market and maintain strong and long-term relationships with local governments, customers and partners
- Formulate local development strategies in Russia, realize the company's goals according to the overall global strategy and utilize existing resources
- Determine and seek new business opportunities to maximize corporate profits according to the characteristics of the Russian local market
- Carry out budget planning and forecast cycle for the responsible area
- Lead the local team to develop and implement sales plan and business plan
- Carry out talent team building, monitor performance of team and give incentives to create a good organizational atmosphere
- Observe the rules and regulations of Russia and CTG
Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree or above, major in communication, computer, marketing, business administration, etc.
- 5 years and above experience in communication or sales, marketing, 2 years and above management experience
- Have a strong sense of professionalism and responsibility, innovative and pragmatic
- Good bilingual ability in Chinese and English, able to use English proficiently in work, Russian is prefer
