An International manufacturing holding, world market leader in its business sector, is looking for a Deputy Chief Financial Officer.
Duties:
RAS, IFRS: management and control
Organization of the document flow and participation in accounting automation projects;
Budget & forecast planning (yearly, monthly, prompt);
Organization and maintenance of the accounting management according to the standards of the group (IFRS), accounting (RAS), tax accounting (OSNO);
Cash flow and liquidity management;
Management of the company operating financial activities (budgeting, reporting and treasury);
Receivables management and control;
Monitoring the execution of the budget expenditure side;
Keeping the funds movement records and reporting on the results of financial activities in accordance with financial accounting and reporting standards (Management reporting with basic assumptions in accordance with IFRS);
Substitution of the CFO during his absence.
Requirements:
Successful experience in the position of a Deputy CFO of at least 3 years;
Work experience in international manufacturing companies will be your advantage;
Higher education in economics and finance;
Leader qualities, ability to convince, motivate, encourage to achieve new targets;
Strong analytical skills, ability to take responsibility;
Positive attitude to life and people;
Eager to grow on a professional and personal level;
Fluent English.
