Skyeng is looking for a Deputy Chief Accountant.
Responsible:
- Non-standard contract approval.
- Creating and updating policies for accounting and tax accounting for legal entities (more than 4).
- Supervising the correct and timely closure of the financial period for the legal entities (in Russia and internationally).
- Regulating accounting and tax accounting processes
- Automation and optimization of processes in accounting systems (EDO, 1C, Billing).
- Supervising the transition of accounting from 1C to ERP Bit Finance and leading the ERP implementation process.
- Supervising the regular audit of RAS and IFRS.
- Supervising the department's ongoing projects.
- Planning the tasks for the accounting department.
- Operational management of the accounting team.
- Working closely with the Chief Accountant, Financial Director and General director on tasks and goals.
- Representing the Chief Accountant in times of absence.
Requirements:
- Have experience working as a Deputy Chief Accountant, a Methodologist or a Chief Accountant for at least 5 years in large companies with general taxation system and a turnover of more than 10 billion per year.
- Are able to work on various accounting procedures — fixed assets, intangible assets, foreign economic activity, services, agency services, production, settlements with individuals.
- Have experience in verifying if the operations were correctly registered and reflected in the system.
- Have implemented ERP and tasks on automation and optimization of the processes.
- Led the accounting team of 10 people (at least 4 departments).
- Participated in on-site tax audits for 2019-2021.
