В Яндекс требуется Deputy Chief Accountant.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all accounting operations in corporate accounting systems (Armsoft and Oracle), including timely financial statements and regulatory reporting
- Ensure quality control over international financial transactions and reporting, including all consolidated accounting modules
- Manage and comply with local regulatory reporting requirements and tax filings
- Liaise with internal and external auditors
- Regularly reconcile balance sheets and P&L accounts
- Manage all requests to and from local tax advisors and outsourcers, including payroll and benefit providers
- Lead different financial processes and procedures, including purchasing for local entities and docflow for local and management accounting
- Support business requests from a finance perspective
- Support month-/year-end close processes
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience as a Senior Accountant or Deputy Chief Accountant
- 7+ years of overall finance experience, including at an international corporation
- Thorough knowledge of accounting principles and procedures
- Experience with general ledger functions and month-/year-end close processes
- Advanced Excel skills
- Strong influencing, facilitation, and communication skills
- Forward-thinking approach and commitment to improving management accounting processes
- Russian proficiency
- B2 English proficiency
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience working with ERP and Oracle
