Main Responsibilities:
- Monitoring new accounting and regulatory pronouncements (RAS, IFRS) and determining the potential impact on the Company’s financial statements
- Reassessment of existing policies and procedures
- Control over quarterly/annually financial statement according to RAS (BS, PL, Equity, Capex, Ageing, other disclosures)
- Control over actual monthly closing according to RAS and internal policies and procedures of Ferrero group (calculations, postings)
- Control over Intercompany reconciliation with Ferrero group companies in Hyperion on a session basis
- Control over Asset accounting, Leases management, Trade marketing costs and bonus calculation
- Control over monthly accruals calculation and adjustments posting (RAS, IFRS)
- Control over appropriate costs allocation by accounts in SAP
- Preparation / control over registers for tax monitoring
- Control over Statistic reports preparation
- Control over archiving provider
- Participation in the electronic document management implementation
- SAP/TPM - leading any changes
- Monthly reports and detailed disclosure preparation
- G/L accounts opening according to Legal and Group requirements
- Detailed timing definition of monthly and yearly closing process
- Control over manual postings in SAP
- Ad Hoc Reporting
- Organizing, overseeing work, training of accounting team
Requirements:
- Higher economic education
- At least 3-5 years on similar position
- Excellent knowledge of RAS/IFRS/TAX
- Preparing financial statements (BS/PL)
- Advanced professional qualifications (ACCA/CIMA/DipIFR/etc.)
- ERP system implementation (real experience)
- ERP system (SAP would be an advantage)
- MS Excel - advanced user
- English not lower than upper-intermediate
