The Association of European Businesses is looking for a strong, result-focused Deputy CEO & Head of Government Relations with excellent organizational skills to drive AEB lobbying and GR activities in coordination with other departments.
You will be responsible for:
Planning and driving AEB committee & GR activities
Senior relations with Russian, Eurasian, and European officials
Regional development & outreach incl within the EaEU
Developing organizational and individual GR skills
Tracking and monitoring of lobbying impact & success
Increasing process efficiency and agility
Digitalization of operations and processes
Supporting the CEO in strategy definition & budgeting
Operations, organizational issues, performance of GR department
А team of 15+ employees
Requirements :
Higher education degree (MBA or similar a plus)
Proven track record in organization and people management
Work experience in a similar position of at least 2 y
Leadership and people skills
High stress resilience and result focus
Fluency in Russian, English, and ideally other European languages
